I got started many moons ago in the real estate investing world.

Hey Darnell, I personally stay out of physical real estate and prefer to stick with buying websites. I finally bought my first house that was a fixer upper at only $130k despite being able to afford much more.
I’m all about minimizing monthly expenses so I can more quickly grow my business.

A great book!! Packed with valuable information!! Definitely worth the money!! Hope there will be some more specific examples on how to do due diligence on websites using Open Site Explorer / MajesticSEO etc in future editions.

I read your book a few months ago and I found it interesting.
Here, I would add an opportunity for 2014: buying non responsive websites and make them responsive. Have you ever done this?

I’ve not really done that before. The best results I get come from buying websites and then better monetizing them. After that I focus on increasing traffic.
Responsive stuff is sort of like the buzz word. Sure it’s important but what drives revenue are:
1. Website monetization
2. Traffic
